Product Vision

FocusDesk is an AI-first help desk platform built for MSSPs and cybersecurity firms. It uses large language models to automatically triage incoming tickets, generate first responses, and route complex issues to the right specialist. The goal is to reduce mean time to resolution by 60% while cutting Tier-1 support costs.

Unlike generic help desk tools, FocusDesk understands cybersecurity context -- it can parse alert data, correlate with known CVEs, and suggest remediation steps before a human even sees the ticket. Built on top of Legba's AI infrastructure, it integrates directly with the OpenClaw agent ecosystem.
